Ticket Cancellation, Refund, and Returns Policy

Refunds and returns are covered under the policy of the Event Organiser, and do not limit your rights under Australian consumer law:

• All transactions are final. Refunds are only permitted under special circumstances, except as required by law
• Any refunds will be subject to a 20% ticket handling and processing fee.
• No refunds will be available within 72 hours of the course date.
• In the case of an event cancellation or postponement, an alternative date option will be offered to the ticket holder. If the alternative date does not suit, refund requests must be applied for in writing within 14 days of the cancellation or postponement notification.
  
  

 Visitors 16 and under do not require a ticket to enter the baby expo. 

Yes, please!  To participate in the Baby Expo competitions, each attendee needs to be registered individually with their own name.  This ensures everyone has a fair chance to win.

Planning your travel? Brisbane Baby Expo is located at the Exhibition Building, Brisbane Showgrounds. It is very easily accessible by public transport or car. Get directions via Google Map here.

Parking
Brisbane Showgrounds offer three undercover parking facilities with a total capacity of more than 1,100 vehicles. 

• The Pavilion Car Park: Accessible via Gate 5 off O'Connell Terrace. Short walk to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH) 
• The Royal International Convention Centre Car Park: Access at 600 Gregory Terrace. Perfect for events at the convention centre
• King Street Parking: Access via Machinery or Alexandria Streets. Perfect for dining or shopping in King Street 

By Taxi/Rideshare
For taxi service to and from the Brisbane Showgrounds, we recommend Black and White Cabs (13 32 22).  You can hail a cab, call for a pickup, or book through their app.

Designated taxi zones are conveniently located just outside the Rydges Hotel and Fat Dumpling on King Street. 

Rideshare services also operate throughout Brisbane and can be arranged for pickup at your preferred location.

By Bus
Main bus stops can be found on Bowen Bridge Road near The Old Museum and on St Pauls Terrace close to King Street. For high-frequency transport, use CityGlider buses from West End to Teneriffe and Ashgrove to Stones Corner. 

By Train
The Brisbane Showgrounds is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of both the Bowen Hills and Fortitude Valley train stations.
